What happened?
Well, it was good. It was working fine for a couple of weeks and then suddenly over the last four or five days my tub has disappeared from the devices in my app. I have to re-add the hot tub and then re-add the four timers that take me forever to set up. Very frustrating.

Great product
Since new update hot tub randomly switches to standby mode
Since using the new version of the app with my new SaluSpa Rome, I have repeatedly found my spa in standby with the POWER toggle in the app switched OFF, even though I never turned it off.
This is not an electrical power outage. The pump remains powered, connected to Wi-Fi, and accessible through the app. I can open the app, toggle POWER back ON, and the heater and filtration immediately resume normally. There are also no timers configured.
The problem is serious because when this happens the heater and filtration stop and the water temperature drops significantly. I’ve found a spa set to 102°F down around 80°F because it apparently entered standby on its own.
I previously owned another Wi-Fi Bestway SaluSpa and never experienced this behavior. I’m not certain whether this is an app/firmware issue or a problem with the new controller, but please investigate. A connected hot tub should never randomly enter standby and stop heating without being commanded to do so.
It would also be extremely helpful if the app provided push notifications whenever the spa enters standby, loses power, encounters an error, or falls significantly below its set temperature.

Language issue
The app sends notifications in Chinese even when all settings and time zones are set to English and the United States. App support is zero help.
Spa and Spa App
After a couple of attempts purchasing the Bestway Spa, and failing due to faulty pumps, finally I have one that has been working for two years.
