App not working
I can’t get the app to connect to my phone and there is no way of turning the pump or heater on. No manual way of using the pump or heater with the app. The help line doesn’t reply either.
The worse APP EVER!!
Every night this app disconnects and shuts my hot tub off. Doesn’t happen during the day. Only at night. Very little function in it. Glitches so much.
Schedules fire but will not enable heating on tub
The app would be ok if they could just fix the scheduling for the heating. The schedules change temp settings but the schedule does not enable the heating on the hot tub, so the scheduling doesn’t do anything because of that. Seems like it could be an easy fix if the developer would identify the issue and update it.

Yeah there’s some connectivity things where a quick restart of the app usually fixes, overall it does what it’s supposed to do.
lenteur et deconnexion
pratique mais tres lente à afficher la pompe (mon wifi est tres bon donc serveurs?), se deconnecte qd il y a une coupure et il faut re-jumeler la pompe : nul !
