Works for a bit
App worked great until it didn’t. Timer schedule in the app no longer talks to unit. So it is useless. No advice for how to fix

This is one of the most non-user friendly app I have downloaded on my phone. The schedule for the hot tub is ridiculous. You are not able to use the heat and filter at same time as the app continues to say they are already being scheduled. I would never use this app if I didn’t have my hot tub. Which I have to turn on via the power buttons instead of a schedule. Like I want.

Lost Functionality
Initially everything worked fine. All of the apps wifi features were there. But around the end of July 2026, the schedule features stopped working. That’s the whole reason I got this version was so I could set a schedule.
Terrible App
This app is so inconsistent, never wants to reconnect to the tub even though Wi-Fi is perfect. Doesn’t give you any notifications if the power was off and you need to check filter/temp. Maybe somebody somewhere could update this app not just make it a decade ago and go here deal with it.

Die App funktioniert sehr stabil mit meinen Lay Z Spa Pool. Ich hatte noch nie einen Abbruch oder Verbindungsprobleme.
Ich verstehe aber nicht, warum hier nur ein Timer für die nächsten 24h gestellt werden kann. Es ist weder eine Wiederholungsfunktion noch sind mehrere Timer programmierbar. Das fehlt dringend! Der Timer muss jeden Tag selbst eingestellt werden. Auch ist keine Verbindung zu Alexa möglich.
Bitte nachbessern.

Scheduler doesn’t work
Used to work fine, stopped working randomly. Deleted & reinstalled app reconnected to WiFi and etc -> still won’t work. Manual control over app still works guess I have to resort to that -> Bestway why can’t you fix this?!? So many negative reviews… yet such a great hot tub
Not very good currently
It controls our hottub manually if you close and reopen the app a few times. The schedule settings do not work at all.
No good application
I am using it for whirpool and when I want to use whirpool after winter, it requires me to completely re-configure whole connection.

La mancanza della possibilità di impostare in automatico l accensione e lo spegnimento quotidiano della vasca rende quasi inutile questa app.

Does not work on iPhone
When you try to add your spa in the app it shows the default spa wifi that you have to change to your home wifi. However when you click on edit: it open the app window instead of the wifi window. What are we suppose to do ??? Fix that asap we cant use the app anymore

App incompatible with iPhone settings
Won’t let me turn on location services so I can’t select WiFi. App is useless.
Needs fixing
Real simple. I’m unable to connect to me device. Instead of pulling a list of WiFi networks, it just goes to settings.

Impossible de se connecter depuis une semaine ,j’ai tenté une réinitialisation de mot de passe mais l’e-mail n’arrive jamais que se soit dans le courrier normal ou indésirables
App not working
I can’t get the app to connect to my phone and there is no way of turning the pump or heater on. No manual way of using the pump or heater with the app. The help line doesn’t reply either.
The worse APP EVER!!
Every night this app disconnects and shuts my hot tub off. Doesn’t happen during the day. Only at night. Very little function in it. Glitches so much.
lenteur et deconnexion
pratique mais tres lente à afficher la pompe (mon wifi est tres bon donc serveurs?), se deconnecte qd il y a une coupure et il faut re-jumeler la pompe .

Application inutile
De plus le support technique est incompétent. Impossible de se connecter le mail d’activation n’arrive pas, le support technique demande de vérifier l’orthographe.

Ps: Zdá se, že pro nové zařízení už mají novější aplikaci, tahle je evidentně pro ty starší modely
