Spa and Spa App
After a couple of attempts purchasing the Bestway Spa, and failing due to faulty pumps, finally I have one that has been working for two years.

L’appli est très bien à utiliser, par contre pour le partage le QRcode a une validité trop courte, date et heure de la création. On ne peut donc par partager. Simple bug à corriger
Location permission, really?
Requires odd permissions. Why does it need my location?
Hot tub is great app stinks
The hot tub works great! Ever since they updated the app it constantly tells me the unit is not turned on. When we go outside to check it’s running as it should. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work!
Randomly deleted my account
This app randomly deleted my account when I was out of town. I was hoping on my way back home that I be able to remotely start my spa. Unfortunately, they required me to go through the entire re-registration and set up process, which meant I couldn’t do that till I got home. Bummer.

Upset
The app worked at the beginning but now it says Idont exist. The only way I can connect with my spa is by signing in as a guest I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it but now it’s even worse. can somebody from Bestway please email me?

Steuerung des Pools klappt einwandfrei. Verbindung ging super einfach und schnell. Weiter so. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Depuis mise a jour nul
Pourquoi faire des mises à jour pour ensuite vous voir informer que vous n avez pas de compte avec cette identifiant alors que ça fait 1 an que j avais un compte ????? Vive les ingénieurs….

Letztes update war eine Verschlechterung
Leider verbindet sich seit dem letzten Update der Whirlpool nur noch sporadisch mit der App. Er wird zwar online angezeigt, zeigt jedoch keinerlei Daten an auch ein installieren und deinstallieren. Der App hat nicht geholfen. Einen Neustart des Telefons hat nicht geholfen. Momentan ist es Glückssache, ob der Pool sich verbindet. Wirklich schade, weil vorher war die App einwandfrei und richtig gut

Seit Update nicht nutzbar
Seit dem letzten Update ist es schwer, das Gerät hinzuzufügen. Wenn man es endlich hinzufügen konnte, zeigt mir die App dauerhaft an, das Gerät wäre offline. Mehrmals gelöscht und neu hinzugefügt, App gelöscht und sogar ein neues Konto eingerichtet. Absoluter Müll aktuell

Better than anticipated
This tub with the control app feature ie wonderful for the price. Very simple to set up and user friendly!
Buggy
If you switch it to degrees C it keeps flipping back to degrees F when you exit the screen, and more importantly if you set the temperature lower than 38 C (if you just want it ticking over for a few days before use), it flips back to 38 C ! I don’t think this has been tested properly.
Nach Update Benutzer weg
Bis vor ein paar Tagen lief alles super. Leider gab es ein Update und ich habe keine Chance mehr mich einzuloggen. Wenn ich auf Passwort vergessen klicke existiert der Benutzer nicht. Sehr schade. Zudem verschiebt sich die App jedes mal beim eingeben der Daten und anstatt zu korrigieren muss ich die app komplett schließen. Das ist sehr nervig. Schade, dass vor einem Update die App nicht auf Herz und Nieren getestet wird und ein unfertiges Produkt released wird.

* RAS car corrigé le lendemain (c’était peut être lié au téléphone) : L’application semble prometteuse mais un défaut de réglage empêche son utilisation complète : le bandeau de réglage et de retour en haut est trop haut sur le téléphone (iPhone), je ne peux pas appuyer sur les boutons. Merci pour les corrections

Awful
The app updated so I had to re-sync it with my hot tub. After a ridiculous amount of security just to get into a hot tub, I finally had to reset my password and then the way that they set the password is so that if you mess up, you have to start all over and I had to do that three times. Then it won’t recognize my hot tub at all, even though I scanned it, and I laid the phone directly on the Wi-Fi and it still didn’t recognize it. None of this seems necessary. It’s just frustrating.
