Timer per App läuft nicht mehr
Auch bei mir das Problem. Prompt ist das Wasser gekippt. Vermutlich liegt das an einer Sicherheitslücke, die Apple kürzlich geschlossen hat. Bleibt abzuwarten, ob sich Bestway für seine App interessiert.

Availability
Good app for the smartphone but i don’t understand why this is not available on tablets (android/ios). Many people these days start to have a tablet as home controller. When a home appliance can’t be controlled through a hooe controller its a shame.

App da rivedere. Quando va via la corrente bisogna sempre resetterla e reinserire il prodotto scannerizzando il QR. La comodità di avere una LAY-Z con Wi-Fi sta nella possibilità di usare l’app se ha questi bug diventa inutile spendere soldi in più.

Als Fernbedienung ok aber sonst…
Man bekommt keinen Nachrichten aufs Smartphone. Weder Fehler noch Temperatur erreicht. Schon seit Anfang an. Zweite Saison jetzt. Aber seit einer Woche funktioniert auch der Timer nicht mehr.

Vraiment très bonne application et très pratique, dommage que depuis quelques jours la minuterie ne fonctionne plus malgré que le reste de l’application fonctionne et que la connexion entre mon spa et l’application ça fonctionne. Je ne comprends pas trop ce bug.
App Timer funktioniert nicht mehr
Die App ist immer stabil gelaufen, seit ca 1 Woche funktioniert der App Timer nicht mehr, auch nach App löschen, neu installieren und verbinden, schaltet sich der Timer nicht mehr ein/aus. Manuelle App Steuerung funktioniert.
Leider nur teils brauchbar
Die manuelle Einstellung läuft, aber keinerlei Timer funktioniert. Weder regelmäßig, noch einmalig. Kann nur ein Bug sein. Enttäuschend.

App funktioniert. Lediglich der Timer lässt sich nicht einstellen. Zeit ist programmiert- aber zur gespeicherten Zeit springt der Filter nicht an.

Timer funktioniert leider nicht. Manuell kann die Pumpe jedoch über die App ein und ausgeschaltet werden. Dieser Fehler muss dringend behoben werden.

Seit einer Woche funktioniert die Timer Funktion nicht mehr. Pumpe muss manuell bedient werden! Hoffe das Problem wird schnell behoben

Timer isn’t working
Hello Bestway Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my Bestway spa. The timer function has stopped working for the past few days.
The control unit itself is working normally, and I can operate the spa without any problems. However, the timer can no longer be set or used.
To troubleshoot the issue, I have already:
* Reinstalled the app.
* Cleared the app cache.
* Removed and added the spa again in the app.
* Restarted the spa multiple times.
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problem.
I also found several reports in online forums from other users who are experiencing the same issue, so it may not be an isolated case.
Could you please advise if this is a known issue or if there is a solution available?

Minuterie ne fonctionne plus
Depuis plusieurs jours, la minuterie via l'appli ne fonctionne plus. J'ai déconnecté le SPA du secteur, supprimé l'appli, réinstallée l'appli et toujours rien. J'ai effacé la mémoire cache sur l'appli mais rien ne se passe. La minuterie ne fonctionne que sur le panneau de commande 😢
