The mobile app is very easy to use. I wish there were more physical locations as I am not comfortable depositing cash anywhere else.

I worked in IT for over 30 years and don’t remember another system that required using your full social security number to recover a forgotten password. Transmitting the full 9 digits over the internet is unsafe.
Pending transaction view needed
The app is decent now that it’s finally been upgraded after all these years. However, it would be nice if we could see pending withdrawals and deposits on the app.
