I worked in IT for over 30 years and don’t remember another system that required using your full social security number to recover a forgotten password. Transmitting the full 9 digits over the internet is unsafe.
Pending transaction view needed
The app is decent now that it’s finally been upgraded after all these years. However, it would be nice if we could see pending withdrawals and deposits on the app.

Transfer between Accounts
Can’t always make a transfer from one account to another. Have to call the bank and have them do it. Although they are very nice, it’s extremely frustrating.
Service
Fraud service is excellent in notifying customers of potential fraudulent charges! If I claim the charge, then it is okayed. Thank you for your diligence.
Employee help
I always like going to my local branch, they’re always very kind, they greet me well and I feel like I get personal attention. When I’m a unsure about numbers they always cheerfully and patiently answer all my questions
Poor app
The application is exceptionally confusing when making loan payments. Want to make a payment on your loan? Transfer it from your non ITCU account! The loan payment option is literally harder to find. All these ‘transfers’ were acting differently than loan payments, and it’s actually crazy to think a bank can mess it up so badly.

The new app update is the best thing ITCU could do. It has brought them into 2024 technology. Great job.

It has been a great relationship since 2005 almost 20 years I’ve been banking with you all! I wish we would get better rates on car loans and better deals for the veterans who have been around as long as I have!

I love this bank , they always pay 4 days early.
In touch not valid with Plaid
If you have apps that require plaid to link your in touch account good luck! The validation never happens and when it does there are continuos issues. Very frustrating. Nobody seems to really care about fixing the issues.
Amateur app
Basic, forgets who you are, faceID turns off and expectedly. Not up to the job.

Everything seems to be more difficult that other institutions.

So Easy to do Mobile Deposits
Mobile deposits are so easy to do! I doubt I will go to the branch or mail in deposits ever again!
Not totally user friendly
I totally understand the need for strict security but it’s annoying when I have to look up my password even after facial recognition.
I have to retake deposit check photos multiple times
Too many retakes for deposits. Only at this establishments. At other banks it is all so easy on 1st take
