Pool automation made easy
Spa heat, pool heat, pool chemistry, blower and lights all automated through the app. I haven’t had an issue with it, very happy.
JSON error
can’t even login! “JSON error… data not in correct format..” which is just the password.. so app is unusable. please contact urgently to resolve.

Terrible
Had this app since we had our pool. Unable to log in. Error that appears says the information is not in correct format. Disappointed that it is so clunky.
Wouldn’t Bother
The app is very slow, very often doesn’t open and is limited in the data you want from it even though that data is in the “box” eg I would rather have chlorine and salt levels instead of ORP.
At the moment it is saying JSON will not serialise the data as not in the right format. Seeing as the data is theirs and the filter system is theirs and the app is theirs I’m going to say it is their fault.
The idea for this is good but it’s never worked as it should. When readings did not match the pool shops readings it was their (the pool shop’s) fault. The sensors are expensive to replace and seeing as I don’t have confidence they even work properly I reluctant to replace more.
There there are obviously bugs as it’s rated 1.4 at this time but as none have been addressed in 2 years it should also not fill you with confidence.

Freezes all the time
Freezes all the time. I see their is a website that you can log into instead of using the app. Haven’t tried this but the app needs updating. Technician was good. Pump broke and he came out within 2 days and fixed it straight away.

Useless - Buyer Beware - Unusable
The worst app I have ever experienced, please whatever you do pay attention to the reviews. Do not pay for this technology when you purchase your new pool. You will not use the app and revert to manual operation. Only clicked one star so I could write a review. This is not a functioning app.
Needs an update
For the price of this you’d expect it to be more reliable!! Crashes constantly so it is unusable!
Terrible App and Terrible Equipment
App put simply just doesn’t work. The equipment itself is not even 6 months old, all plastics faded, pressure gauge on cartridge filter doesn’t work, heat pump constantly has errors, auto dosing not accurate and customer service to resolve any of the above is non existent.

PLEASE never create an app again. The chlorinator hardware is decent, but this app is disappointing in every way. Originally it was always pretty bad but did at least work. More recently, the last 6 months, it has become so unreliable that attempting to use the app to check the readings, adjust pump speed or change a schedule can take several weeks of trying and trying again to find a time when the app doesn’t spin-a-dial-to-nowhere or just not work. If you want a chlorinator with a smart app, go elsewhere, buy a different chlorinator. Insnrg have failed on the tech front.

Slow and clunky
UPDATE: the experience with this company and app have just been awful. Equipment failing multiple times (only a year old!), a grumpy technician blaming us for things going wrong, and an app that just doesn’t work. I can’t even turn the pool lights on now from the app. Overall just a terrible experience.
I find this incredibly slow and clunky. Thought it was just me and then saw other reviews. It wouldn’t take much to make this much more user friendly but clearly they have no intent to update given people have complained about the same issues for a while now. It was updated recently but it looks like nothing has improved. I ‘favourited’ lights in the hope it would be easier to switch them on this way. Instead one set of lights and the spa jets switch on. The the amount of money spent on this system this is not acceptable.

Slowly getting there
Few months back the app was still in its infancy. Major bugs and very slow. Over the past few months the developers have been slowly fixing the bugs and releasing new updates. Not there yet by a long shot but slowly getting there. I have learnt to live with the shortcomings of the app so any new improvements is a plus.

Horrible- not user friendly
This is the worst app & the worst system overall. Hardly ever loads. When it does, it never does what you’ve told it to do. The readings are completely different to what shows on the main pump & im constantly having to do water tests to ensure my kids are swimming in safe water. It’s a disgrace. Sold something that was meant to be ‘top of the line’ but wish I’d bought just a standard system. Not value for money at all.

Don’t bother
I can not believe we’ve spent so much money on the pool and be recommended this application that doesn’t work. It was highly recommended and now we feel we got sold a lemon. Nothing works as it should. Be ware at all cost!

Simply put, doesn’t work… If I could give zero stars I would. Run away or say you want something else. Or buy a pool from someone else.
