Unreliable. Enjoy having a cold home
We got ducted air-conditioning in about six weeks ago. From day one we have encountered issues with this app. Put simply, in our experience, turning the heating on via the app is temperamental. It will typically work, but for whatever reason there are occasions where it simply doesn’t do anything. We wait for the system to warm up. But still nothing. The system doesn’t seem to get the signal to switch on.
The same occurs during ‘automation’ when we have scheduled the heating to come on.
It’s the unpredictability that makes this really concerning and frustrating.
It makes troubleshooting at home impossible.
This is our heating system. We don’t have alternative heaters, so when it’s 2 degrees at 4am and the heating system doesn’t come on, what else are we to do?

Cannot set scenes remotely
If you want to create a new scene this can only done on the touch screen. The functionality hasn’t changed much in the last 10-11 years
Disappointing
The app worked for a bit now it never ever works.
Great app
I’m using it with my Rinnai heating and cooling system for last 3 months. It gives me all features like remote start /stop, scheduling, on whole house and each zone level. Very happy with this app.
Pretty basic
The app drops out frequently especially with iPhone connections. Very frustrating when
are travelling. The tablet has to be restarted manually for the app to reset. Surely the app can be made more robust !
