Notifications?
I couldn’t switch on notifications for this app. There’s no options in the settings. I have to manually keep checking messages and updates.

Originally had issues with logging into the application a few months ago which would have me leave a rating of a two stars out of 5 but since then it has worked without any issues every time. Five stars from me.
Deplorable
Cannot remove previous address or details. Took days to “check my bank” account, then additional days to transfer - when my bank can deposit same day. I hate using something as trivial as an app in correlation with something as important as housing and our livelihoods.
