Works great
Originally had issues with logging into the application a few months ago which would have me leave a rating of a two stars out of 5 but since then it has worked without any issues every time. Five stars from me.
Deplorable
Cannot remove previous address or details. Took days to “check my bank” account, then additional days to transfer - when my bank can deposit same day. I hate using something as trivial as an app in correlation with something as important as housing and our livelihoods.

App made for tenants
Such a waste app as owners are not enabled to add any comment, even on maintenance request. Treat this 1 star as 0, bcoz nothing lower than this given here to review this app. Btw I had raised this point with their customer support but that service is also very disappointing.

Terrible system
System isn’t consistent. Takes money a day early, I have automatic transfers setup but it’s decided to take money a day early, thus it’s failed and now it’s completely removed all my baking details making me having to verify my bank account again. Never had an issue for over two years. Stupid system, whomever thought this out needs their head examined.

FY summary.
The end of financial year summary is broken into months and creates more work at accounting time. Having the categories totalled for the year is the aim.
This app is underwhelming
Apps rent doesn’t match the rental value. All maintenance requests are non interactive can put comments in against issue once’s it lodged!
Overdue items just sit there REA agents should have the app alarming them. There has to be better apps and services out there!

Unhelpful payment methods
It should have an option for payment with debit/credit card like any other service.
Always logged me off
I need to stay signed in. And it will be good to have notification via app when a payment is due to keep track of things?
Doesn’t show all my properties
The information shown in the app is inconsistent with the one shown in the website. The website shows all my properties but the app only shows one of the old ones which is now archived.
Card deduction function
Would be great with a Direct debit using Debit/credit card
Glitches from the moment you try to sign in
I signed in and it asked if I was the owner of a different property. My agent then resent the link to access info for my property, and instead I get a prompt asking if I was the owner of an old property that I sold over a year ago. So after being asked if I was the owner of 2 properties that I do not own, I now have a real concern that PropertyMe can give others access to your property info.

Not mobile friendly!
Dreadful app. Not mobile friendly! Jumps all over the page and you have to constantly move the text to read everything. I’m actually amazed that real estates would use such a bad app! I’m using iPhone 15 pro max which is up to date iOS 18.5
Pathetic service
7 weeks ago your app took unapproved money from my bank account. Your team are hopeless and your culture is to blatantly ignore issues rather than resolving them is deplorable. Remunerate me for your theft
Needs work
It needs an instantaneous payment option like visa. It takes days sometimes for the money to be taken from an account, in times resulting in payments bouncing because other stuff is coming out. I don’t know why in 2025 they don’t have this option it’s ridiculous

I made one payment via the app. It would not exit payment screen when tapping exit and then the app froze. I authorised only one payment yet got three payment receipts and then an overdrawn bank account where three times the approved amount was deducted. Gets better, the app does not balance to what it took. I can’t use my bank account and have no money but $2500 overdrawn. great! What are you doing to fix this???? Not good enough.
