Always logged out
app rarely works as it should and either logs out or the lock and bridge don’t allow the lock to connect to the app saying unknown status constantly
Doesn’t work at all!
Updated to iOS 26 and the door lock status doesn’t update. The buttons to lock and unlock are all greyed out. The invite user button is just gone.
App needs a serious overhaul as now I can’t use it at all!!

Good Hardware Bad App
I was disappointed with this app and feel that it lets the whole lockset down. It’s badly laid out, confusing to use and lacks functionality. The most obvious features it’s needs is scheduled locking, not just a few seconds after the last use but at a certain time of day. Also door ajar notifications would be greatly appreciated.

Stuck and not working!!!!!
Was working fine but suddenly don’t know what’s been going on, my activity log is stuck just like someone else mentioned here. Just cannot get it to work. Tried logging out, deleting the app, reinstalled, signed back in, nothing works. I don’t know what to do.
