A massive step backwards from AirTouch 5 for control of AC systems. Very disappointing.
Can’t connect to phone
Unfortunately it seems with this app on the console you cannot connect the app on your phone. It blocks the IP address no matter what you do. AirTouch 5 connects automatically. Wasted 2 hours trying. Very disappointing
Cannot use after update
Have just updated the app and now I try and access the app and it won’t connect keeps coming up saying connection error make sure your device is connected to the internet and try again. Please fix this asap
Great upgrade
I was worried when reading the negative reviews but I’ve had no issues with this app and believe it is a significant upgrade from the Airtouch 5 App.
Rubbish
They forced me to download this by disabling air touch 5. They said you can use both app but air touch 5 is unusable because they disabled connection to the Internet. New app is completely rubbish. You can’t even set the timer On or Off at the same time and you can’t choose correct time ( you need to go in 1 hour increment)like old app. Please provide fix to use old air touch 5. Why would you go from

You have the option to swap between AirtTouch 5 and AirTouch Home at any time through settings and the selection of Home is optional for those who seek a broader smart home device focus. There’s is no option for us to disable your internet connection to the console remotely, we recommend to confirm your WiFi settings between devices.
