Unreliable. Enjoy having a cold home
We got ducted air-conditioning in about six weeks ago. From day one we have encountered issues with this app. Put simply, in our experience, turning the heating on via the app is temperamental. It will typically work, but for whatever reason there are occasions where it simply doesn’t do anything. We wait for the system to warm up. But still nothing. The system doesn’t seem to get the signal to switch on.
The same occurs during ‘automation’ when we have scheduled the heating to come on.
It’s the unpredictability that makes this really concerning and frustrating.
It makes troubleshooting at home impossible.
This is our heating system. We don’t have alternative heaters, so when it’s 2 degrees at 4am and the heating system doesn’t come on, what else are we to do?

Cannot set scenes remotely
If you want to create a new scene this can only done on the touch screen. The functionality hasn’t changed much in the last 10-11 years
Disappointing
The app worked for a bit now it never ever works.
Great app
I’m using it with my Rinnai heating and cooling system for last 3 months. It gives me all features like remote start /stop, scheduling, on whole house and each zone level. Very happy with this app.
Pretty basic
The app drops out frequently especially with iPhone connections. Very frustrating when
are travelling. The tablet has to be restarted manually for the app to reset. Surely the app can be made more robust !

iPhone 17 Pro Issue
The app claims a communication issue and can’t connect to the unit. All other iPhone and iPads work when opening the app except with the brand new iPhone 17Pro.
Support says to connect the wall unit to a iPhone hotspot but the wall unit can’t even see hotspots.
So now stuck not being able to use the system via my phone because I have upgraded my phone.

Bugs
Soooo many bugs, cant even connect to my wall mounted tablet
Too many ppl complaining. It’s not the users.
Like many, my temps are all over the shop.

Absolute garbage
There’s no doubt in my mind that the Epstein files will be released before this app works properly
Temperature unavailable
Since their latest update, the room temperatures display as 0 degrees instead of the actual temperature.
Useless App
Since the recent update the room temperatures are not displayed correctly on iPhone app. This has been going on for months now. The main wall tablet has the correct temperatures, but these don’t reflect across the mobile devices. I suspect they’ve made changes that now do not work with their older tablets that run this software. They’ve made some changes to how this data is pushed across and now they don’t communicate as they used to - rendering this feature useless. What used to be a smart device is now functioning like a dumb technology from 1990’s. Useless company with hopeless service.

New update fail
Room temperatures not updating in app. Get alerts of room over temperatures but room temperatures not moving since update.
App continually crashes and doesn’t load on iPhone 13 Pro
When it works but the app keeps crashing. Have uninstall all the time. Annoying

Room temp not showing correctly on app
I’ve noticed in the last month or so, the room temp on the app doesn’t show the same temps as the main panel. Very frustrating
App update long overdue
It’s 2025 and this app is lost in 2020. The app does not work properly. Temperatures on zones display as zero. Changes in the app don’t necessarily communicate with the system.
Events can’t be altered from the phone app - still have to go to the wall unit. Look elsewhere and get a different brand or model.

Was good but so unreliable now
Was good but now so unreliable, they keep blaming the home internet but it’s the device they supply but no longer support. So no support for the old original first customers.
Zone thermostats not showing
The zone thermostats don’t show the temperature of the zone.
Temp sensors aren’t accurate on the app
Previously this app worked well however the individual room temperatures are no longer accurate. This is really disappointing and means that the app is of little value. My app currently says all rooms are 19 degrees when in reality they are 26 degrees. If I had known on the app I could have remotely turned the aircon on but was under the false sense that my house was nice and cool. Can this get fixed? It used to work well.

Temps don’t work
The temperature in the app has started displaying incorrectly, currently says it’s 0’C. They’ve obviously changed something.
