Constant problems with the app not sending SMS confirmations when you book depot parking, Zoom function is not very good, constantly buggy issues, this could be so much better bearing in mind the amount of revenue this company is making from the transport industry.
Impossible to use
It used to be very good but now it is impossible to use, can’t open the details of any parking, just look on the map, and can’t open or select filters for search.

Good Update, however…..
Tiny, tiny and thrice tiny, I struggle to read any of the absolutely minuscule font. I have really good eyesight thanks to the power of my prescription glasses however the font used is minuscule and I mean almost unreadable. I like the look of the new app, very nice, I think it’s a bit more convoluted than the previous one.
One suggestion is just to have a map with locations without the box number count until you zoom in.
If these issues were addressed then it would almost be a four star rating, nothing is perfect.
