Anyone who is stuck in lock mode can try using the XBOT app to unlock it.
My 5th Wheel V40 Pro got stuck in lock mode and kept showing “operation failed, please try again later” in the original app. I couldn’t unlock it no matter what I tried.
Switching to the XBOT app solved the issue immediately.

Device says it’s bound but NEVER IS, this app is the worst app ever.

It won’t connect it just sits and says it’s boned but nothing shows up. It’s terrible now since the unqualified company purchased fifth wheel.

I downloaded the app cause the instruction said I should want me to create an account I go to a credit account I put in my email and it says send look at my email. Nothing there.

The application is not working properly because I am not receiving the emails to complete the registration.

Will not email email you back to verify your registration
You are required to give your email and create a password so that they can email you back and verify your registration. That way you can get into the app and actually use it. The problem is they never send you a verification email. Maybe all they want is just your email, so they can sell it to a third party (or maybe the passwords you like to use).
