Really easy to use and good friendly support.
Great easy to use app
Really easy and quick app to use, going offline is a massive help so we don’t have to wait for photos to load or Information to save, it’s pretty much instant meaning we don’t have to worry about not having connection whilst at a property where there is usually no internet.
Really mobile friendly and able to take photos in the app making it very efficient to do reports

After update
This App is completely unusable as it crashes immediately on boot up
Could be Very Good
App is simple to use and straight forward. The in app camera isn’t great as the portrait mode photos are very narrow and the 8 photo limit is an issue. If they could over come this it would be great. Still moved over form Inventory Base as I’m paying £100 a month with them and InvwntoryHive is almost half the price.

Does it’s job but riddled with instability/ bug issues.
This application is fantastic at its job and I have used it for a few years now. However it really needs to be properly dev tested across multiple platforms.
I have come across issues, some only effecting use of it on iPad and some on iPhones. These are issues that would have been noticed with some bug testing done by the software developers.
On the ipad app you have to be so, so careful with the onboard camera. If you rotate to many times, the camera glitches out, freezes and the app either crashes or just completely freezes on the screen. This isn’t so bad on the iPhone, but working from an offline inventory, having the app crash on you when you’re bedroom no.2 into an inventory and it crashes isn’t fun.
Triggering offline mode on both ipad and iPhone devices is also a little tedious. Sometimes it just plays the spinning load prompt when you tap to go into an inventory and just doesn’t move on. It seems to be different for each phone, as some phones it works and some offline mode just doesn’t work at all.
There are other issues, but please test your app and iron out those problems and then you’d have an unbeatable piece of software. Unfortunately right now, both places where I have worked, Inventory Hive is “that bit of software” that we all have issues with but so desperately need and therefore just get on with it at this
point.

You’d think they would open it to a bigger market, eg, smaller landlords who own 1-3 properties and not just agents who manage many properties.

Great app
I am an experienced inventory clerk and have tried various inventory soft wear apps. Hive is by far the best I have ever used. The reports really stand out and the fact you can add a 360 of each room really makes checkouts a breeze. The digital signature process is also brilliant.
