User report
Since the last update the screen dimensions have changed and you now need to put the smartphone into landscape to get all the options and you can no longer reorder the items.
Makes my life easier!
Best app I ever used!
The app still feels like it is in a beta version
Having come from using hello report this app is not friendly to use. The website is horrible to navigate, the website and the app are cluttered with a lot of useless content and a lot of wasted space. There’s no search property feature when adding a property, you can’t use a wide camera lens to take a photo, creating an inventory/check out takes 5 minutes due to the shear amount of loading, uploading an inventory/check out takes 5-10 minutes. Maybe the most important thing is that the software cannot communicate with the phone camera’s auto focus well enough and so photos that my iPhones camera can focus on within a millisecond end up taking the app up to 5 seconds to focus on.

Best property inventory app
I have been using Inventory Base for nearly 8 years, the app is clean and easy to use, the support team is stellar, the reports reproduce with this app are beautiful and very practical.
Intuitive and easy
Been an inventory clerk for over 10yrs. This is by far the best app I have used, began migration in January and every query has been dealt with super fast unlike the previous system! Emma is really knowledgeable and friendly. Tweaked the dictionary to how I need it to work, multiple customised templates, make preparation so so easy. Thank you InventoryBase keep doing what you are doing

Best app for property inventory by far
So, I have been using this app for a year now.
It is easily the best app on the market.
The dev team are very supportive and friendly.
I have completed over 300 reports on this system and it has been amazing.
There is a lot of functionality and options to change formats and have custom layouts. The pictures don’t all gather at the bottom of the reports and instead appear with each room. This makes for a better present and easier to read report.
Clients can be set up easily and given access to their reports which can be sent and signed electronically.
Work can be easily allocated to other team members with a few clicks thanks to the very simple user interface which also includes a calendar.
Full functionality isn’t available on the mobile app however and this should be noted. Full functionality is available via the website.

Rubbish
There is a 30 min instruction video with no audio. Nothing about it is intuitive. Just don’t bother, pen and paper and scan your results into a file much easier.

Help
Adding multiple photos is the best feature but the sync is crazy slow. Old app synced much faster
