App cheap gui
My biggest issue is the power consumption data page. It’s horrible, I have to snap pictures so I can zoom in to read the chart on my iphone 17 pro max. Then the data seriously lacks simplicity. It should show us how much power we have used and calculate the total power and allow us to see it in simple view. The Moov pump uses this app and another app for the JustSalt system. Needless to say it’s annoying. Would love to see the power data chart page improved.

Not great
While I love the fact that I can view my pump in real time and make changes remotely, the schedule does not work at all. Unfortunately I have to do that from the pump.
Scheduling doesn’t seem to work on my MOOV inverter
The scheduling on the app does not coincide with the actual settings of the pump. You end up having to manually set the pump if you’re not home and for some reason need to get it back on schedule.
Very unintuitive and amateurish looking app
It looks like a beta version of a beta version of an app. Needs a lot of work to match the look and feel of the actual moove ai pump.
Lack of features
Purchased the premium pool pump for the Wifi integration but besides changing the speed there is not much else I can do with this app. Even the power graph is useless as it doesn’t scale and hard to read. Power usage is inconsistent between AI and MI and after requesting improvement they don’t even acknowledge the request. I’d like to have API access but unlikely that will happen. At the minimum i want to be able to control the programs like shimmer timer but can’t. Not sure why the 5* reviews??

doesn’t show schedules set, device info wrong - unreliable and almost useless
I have three schedules set during the day to alter speed in the manual (default) setting. The app shows the current speed in percentage but does not show any of the schedules set. The app has the place to view the schedules (little clock symbol) yet shows none of those set and operating on the pump. That makes this app useless for its purpose. It does allow change to AI mode with a flow rate. But knowing schedules is quite important!
Whenever the network is checked in the app it ALWAYS says the connection is weak even when standing next to it with a router 6 ft away and 659 mbps of excellent WiFi connection speed. The device info ALWAYS shows an incorrect IP address in the app. In the app the IP shows as 143:223:144.*. I don’t have any devices in my network on an IP beginning with 143…
The router shows that its IP is 192.168.7.135 and I have it set to a fixed IP.
