DO NOT purchase products from Raypak. We’ve had a pool heater we purchased from them 3 years ago and we’ve only been able to use it for 10 days total in that time. We’ve had companies out who have tried to warranty out the pool heater and they won’t cover anything! This company sells faulty products and don’t stand by their products! DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Needs improvement
Easy to use but can only read current temp, turn on and off heater and change the temp set point. Improvements needs:
1. Ability to view historical temps in a graph or o see how quickly it heats or colds down over night
2. A timer
These should be very easy to program and it’s baffling that it’s not available yet.

Now leaks from the bottom.
Fan will not engage.
3 year warranty. Ha!
What about the one year.
Warranty department has never returned my emails.
