Love this app. One stop shop to view all limited partnership real estate investments. Day one to current.
Requires password each time
I really like this app overall, it has a very good dashboard with all the useful information, but it’s quite frustrating that it makes me sign in every time I open the app. Even when I turn on “Remember device for 30 days” and put in the code - it’s still the same issue every day. If that was fixed would be 5 stars.

System failure
App isn’t showing my Investment .Dashboard shows error since about two weeks
So very well set up and easy to navigate!
I love this app, it was simple to log in to and the way it’s designed makes it easy for me to keep up with my little investments with Hignell. Thank you to the developers.
No Biometric Sign in
The biggest hurdle in using the app is no biometrics sign in features. Makes you use less secure, easy to remember password.
Saved Credentials
It’s 2024, why no Face ID or saved credential option?
Has Worked in the Past
I’ve been using the app for the last year or so without a hitch but in the last several days I haven’t been able to get on it. It’s either got refresh or exit and I can’t get it to go to the portal I need. this is the first time there’s been a bug that doesn’t seem to be fixed.

Can’t log in since the update. Just says something went wrong and neither refresh or logout work.

My app loads and opens up my business, but after the initial open, it freezes up and will not reopen , with deleting the current version and reloading.

App doesn’t work
I can not log in to the app and it’s constantly given me issues for the last year of using it.
Never works
I have to delete and reinstall the app all the time. Very frustrating.

Intuitive and straightforward
This app gives me a slick way to keep track of my private-equity investments and stay in touch with my investment manager.
If I could add one thing, it would be TouchID (biometric) login support, which would encourage me to check it more frequently.
