Terrible App
These guys should be ashamed of themselves. Their app rarely works well and when they supposedly “upgrade” it they actually make it worse. I mostly still pay by mail because of their ineptitude.

Logging in is so slow, it’s hard to tell if the app has crashed or just being slow.
Unbelievably bad
This app is the worst app I have for modern insurance/investment needs. Constant login issues. Maintenance windows that are long and don’t allow you to retrieve insurance cards. Absolutely awful. So bad that it has made me consider getting insurance elsewhere.
