Very unreliable
Each time I try to login, the login wheels keeps loading and loading with no success. It’s been hit or miss. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
The Update !!
The new Chubb app update is a massive improvement. It’s faster, cleaner, and much more intuitive than the previous version. Finding policy information, accessing documents, and navigating the app is finally straightforward and user-friendly. Honestly, I can’t believe it took this long to get here, but the difference is night and day. Great job by the team—this is the experience customers should have had all along.
