Useless
Useless. Won’t even accept my email address and a password. I wrote to the help address given and it bounced back as undeliverable.
App doesn't work
Can't even log into the app despite having valid log in credentials and successfully being able to log in via the web. Ask for your money back from the devs.
Phone and SMS registration is broke
Can't sign in to our company policy because both methods are broken.
Poor sign in
Chubb, you need to ask for your money back from the app designers. Poor process to sign up and does not work.
New version works perfectly
This version works v well for me. Easy to sign up. On phone number entry page after entering the number, clicking somewhere else on the screen is needed to bring up the proceed button.
