Itinerary creation failed
This app is terrible. I keep trying to add a flight or even accommodation and keep getting an error of itinerary creation fair. I have tried several times throughout the day.
Can't log in
Can't get past the log in screen. It just sits at a loading circle infinitely.
Unusable interface
Trying to add a trip is a nightmare. Why does each individual flight count as a “trip” The UI is terrible. I hope the insurance is better than this app. Based on this app I am asking my company to find a different insurance provider.
Bugs
App has log in and performance reliability issues.
Best app
I have used this app whilst travelling overseas in Europe and it has been super helpful. It has allowed me to see train strikes, protests and any other events which might disrupt my travel. It’s made me feel safer and has enabled me to plan my travels more effectively. Thank you World Travel Protection!
