Please improve the experience

Finding a bus home is easy enough, but buying tickets today sucks - one has to re-enter name and e-mail address every time (why at all..??), there doesn't appear to be a user profile concept.
Then if there is any connectivity issue, good luck retrieving the QR codes as you enter the bus.

User Experience doesn't exist in the Netherlands

This app is useless if you want a frictionless experience with public transport in Amsterdam. The scanners take forever to recognize the QR code, and sometimes it is unavailable, so you end up being stuck at the entrance or exit of the metro stations. Not to mention that the same scanners also scan payment cards on your phone, so you have to exit constantly from the wallet app to actually scan the QR code. But you also get charged an additional 33 euros because the devices read your payment card instead of the QR code. Pay someone on your team to learn UX/UI!!!

Response from developer

Thanks for leaving a review and sharing your feedback. If an e-ticket cannot be scanned, you can show it to the driver or inspector when boarding or during a check. Feel free to send us a private message on WhatsApp if you run into this again in the future. ^Joelle

must in the Netherlands

This app is the must in NL. Cause google map sometimes recommends wrong routes

Wrong timetable constantly

Don’t rely this app to go to work or appointments, some bus lines are constantly wrong. Use google maps instead. For train it is useful

Malfunctioning for multiple tickets

Malfunctions for validation of multiple tickets. It resets to show the first ticket always.
