Was ein Katastrophe
Die App lässt sich bedienen, gut. Aber das mit dem 72 h ticket ist eine Katastrophe. Mal wird der QR-Code am Terminal oder Straßenbahn beim Einchecken erkannt ‚mal nicht. Entweder kommst du durch die Schranke nicht rein oder nicht raus. Absolut keine Empfehlung. Bei direkt über Handy bezahlen Klapp alles wunderbar. Und da wir als Gruppe unterwegs wahren und das Problem bei allen unterschiedlich oft vorkam, ist ein weiterer Indiz wie unzuverlässig das System ist.

Confusing
We are visiting and stay in amstelveen. Bought 24hrs public transport ticket for €10. It does not work and asked bus driver this ticket only for transpor station in Amsterdam. I hope I can get a refund but I wl let it go
