Every journey starts in the NS app. That is why we keep improving the app with larger and smaller changes that help you on your way even more. In this version we fixed the issue that some travelers had with  the app correctly showing their e-tickets. Lift information in the travel planner Traveling with a stroller, wheelchair, or heavy bags? Turn on ‘Show lift information’ in Travel options to see whether lifts along your route are working, and how any outage affects your journey. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know. Enjoy your trip!

GRONINGEN EMMEN ! Don’t correct !! The timetable in the NS app appears to be incorrect for bus 300.

At the bus stop, the electronic departure board shows that bus 300 departs every 30 minutes, but the NS app only shows departures once every hour. This discrepancy makes the app unreliable for trip planning.

Please check and correct the timetable so that it matches the actual departures shown on the stop display.

Tickets werden nicht bereit gestellt

Man kauft die Tickets, alles wird vom Konto abgezogen aber die Tickets werden nicht bereit gestellt. Man hat als Tourist keine andere Alternative und kommt somit nicht zum Gleis und zurück. Den Zug nehme ich hier somit nie wieder!
