Good but doesn’t explicitly detail what time period is 24 hours

Tried to get another ticket just kept saying pending very slow and left me thinking what I should it was pending in my bank also

Ticket didn’t work

Just wasted my money as the ticket does not work it won’t read it. So I have had to get alternative transport after wasting my money on this useless service

Doesn’t work for train from Schiphol

I wish I had known that the train from the airport into Centraal was not part of the GVB system, even though it comes up on the route planner. The filter for GVB only is not intuitive to find in the app. I wasted €10 for 24 transit that I didn’t actually need, on top of the train tickets I then had to purchase. Not a great welcome to travellers.

I paid 3 times and I can’t stop the process

Waste of money

Bought 96 hour ticket, didn’t work on the metro. Went to their ticket office outside. No help, was basically told I was using it wrong. I’m not stupid and know how to use a scanner and barcode. No form of an offer of refund as a gesture of goodwill.

online it will prompt you to buy a ticket and put it on your apple wallet. I found out the hard way that simply doesnt work and you have to cut your losses and buy a pass with the app

Garbage

How this is a 4* app I’ll never know. The map is terrible with singe colour arrows everywhere pointing at bus and tram lines instead of nice coloured lines so you can see what goes where. The swipe to plan planner doesn’t plan and just appears to be broken. Designed by someone in a cafe, perhaps.

We had bought 4 tickets on the 23rd for 72 hours pass until the 26th of December through GVB but they gave us tickets from the 26th December 12 o’clock which is the day we leave Amsterdam. We tried to contact through email and WhatsApp as well as GVB ticket customer service but there was no help given to sort this situation out. I spent 86 Euros for these tickets to end up not being able to use them to travel. We are very frustrated because we spend money to travel and we can’t do that without a solution to this issue, which right now is not being given. Please sort it out.

Don’t use if you’re hoping to get on a tram anytime soon. It will take your money then say pending on your ticket. Customer service means wait to reply. Not ideal when we just wanted to go on a tram before leaving

Keine Zeitkarten kaufen!!! Man weiß nicht womit man mit welchem Ticket fahren kann. Extra verwirrend, damit erneut mit OV pay bezahlt werden muss.

If you make an app it should work like all transportation system

I have no clue if my purchase has been successful. After 30 minutes it still shows pending. Sorry, but that is unacceptable.

Struggles to read qr

A great app for travel however both myself and my partner found it quite difficult to get the QR code to scan at many of the metro turnstiles. Meaning we were stuck many times trying to get either in or out
