Doesn't work for iPhone 8 phones

This app doesn't let me view any PDF form's my son's School tries to send me. I've called the app customer service and they told me to call Verizon, so I did and turns out this app isn't really compatible with the iPhone 8 plus phones at all! My phone is even updated to iOS 12 and it still doesn't allow me to open up any files within the app at all! I can see the message's and what they are called, but will not open the actual messages!

Attachment HELP!?!?

When messages are received that have attachments I am not able to open them.

Only works half of the time

Really great when it works, however, it does not work over half of the time. The message will appear on my home screen, but when I open the app, it is not there and never shows up. This app had great potential, but needs work!
