Very happy with the app after the update, fast and easy to navigate. Stars been updated from 1 to 5
Very unreliable
Each time I try to login, the login wheels keeps loading and loading with no success. It’s been hit or miss. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
The Update !!
The new Chubb app update is a massive improvement. It’s faster, cleaner, and much more intuitive than the previous version. Finding policy information, accessing documents, and navigating the app is finally straightforward and user-friendly. Honestly, I can’t believe it took this long to get here, but the difference is night and day. Great job by the team—this is the experience customers should have had all along.

Terrible App
These guys should be ashamed of themselves. Their app rarely works well and when they supposedly “upgrade” it they actually make it worse. I mostly still pay by mail because of their ineptitude.

Logging in is so slow, it’s hard to tell if the app has crashed or just being slow.
Unbelievably bad
This app is the worst app I have for modern insurance/investment needs. Constant login issues. Maintenance windows that are long and don’t allow you to retrieve insurance cards. Absolutely awful. So bad that it has made me consider getting insurance elsewhere.

Some login reliability and offline card access improvements. However app is still missing modern security features. SMS based 2FA is not okay in 2026! UI malfunction on mobile payment confirmation screen. Poor quality control for this release.

Absolutely love this app! The new features are fantastic and really add value. The sleek, modern design makes it a pleasure to use, and finding information is now quicker and easier than ever. Updated app safelane fail
The updated app takes excessive time to log in. Once logged in, SafeLane activation fails. Support number given does not support SafeLane activation problems. Quality Assurance failure. Not a good look for Chubb.

iPhone train whistle
My iPhone started making a sound like a steam train. If I turn motion and fitness off the sound stops happening but the app says it is required.
The death spin
For such a large company your mobile app does not reflect it at all. I can’t ever login an see any functionality it just spins. Please fix it.
Good insurance terrible app
Chubb is a great carrier but the app is terrible. Safelane never works. I’ve registered over and over again and nothing happens can’t find auto cards and the app crashes frequently
Policy inaccurate
Mobile app says our policies have expired, even though they are paid in full, confirmed by a phone conversation with the agent.
Terrible App
I constantly have to delete app and reinstall. It never logs me in after I’ve been off for a while. Very frustrating.
Never gonna work
Error or loop that won’t let it log on. Constant problems with app only.
