Just stopped working
The app won’t open. Every time I attempt to open the app it crashes. I tried to call myself on the kiosk outside my building to see if that would work but it didn’t. So I had to use my PDK and I didn’t even receive a notification (typically you do). This app has caused so many problems and is super buggy. Making digital keys is a pain. And the swiping option to open the door is super buggy. Terrible app. Please if you can avoid the app don’t use it.

Terrible app, buggy, requires unnecessary permissions
Hasn’t worked in months, and requires access to contacts for no reason. Also they should just use Apple wallet. Developers must be sharing a single brain cell

Refuses to work unless I give access to my contacts and allow constant access to my location. There is no reason to require this, I should be able to unlock building doors without those permissions.

What a colossal failure. Our building was inconvenienced by this idiotic company for several weeks. Nothing— I mean Nothing— went according to plan/ promise. Just wanted to write this review before deleting the app and moving on to install the Openpath app we will be using.
Terrible system
Doesn’t work. My apartment just installed and now can’t access the building. The app said it had to access my contacts in order to work. I’m not giving them my contacts.
convenient app
convenient app. sometimes buggy, but the bugs are fixed quickly. i submitted feedback about an issue i was having and heard back from the team pretty quickly!
Constantly crashes
App serves as a way to generate door codes and unlock the front door. App crashes on login after doing the walkthrough of features and crashes on any subsequent attempts. I’ve tried new logins from the leasing office and have had them reach out to the developer with no luck. Advice to any apartments contemplating a switch, avoid this app/developer. A simple call box would serve the same purpose and would actually work.

Life is a little easier
Smooth app. Couple random bugs but they quick them fix and all apps get them that have lots of functionality
