You need credits to create videos. And if you run out you can’t do anything about it until your monthly bill comes back around. I spent 100$ unaware that they had credits, until I ran out.

I bought the $20 monthly plan to create a one minute video. It used all the credits create a slop montage of images not anything like the prompt I entered.

I was part of beta testing and spent many many many hours tweaking and fixing videos for you to improve your services and now I don’t have access to free video monthly credits? Can I continue helping you by providing feedback for credits?

I renewed my subscription, but I still don’t have access to the paid features. I’ve submitted six support requests and haven’t received a proper response. This has been very frustrating, especially after paying. I hope the team resolves my issue as soon as possible

Sorry for the one star but I’m just a bit annoyed that I wasted my time trying to explain a video idea after I asked that ai thing if it can make the video or if I would have to pay something, said it could make it so I waited ten minutes just for it to tell me to buy credits just like all the other apps

Sad to say that you will be bait and switched with this app after you provide valuable sign-in data. Once you attempt a project, you’ll be hit with the monthly or yearly subscription page.

I’ve made a few videos for clients and am now doing podcast courses using this, it’s amazing especially the voice AI it matched my voice so well, saved me re-recording when I mess up wording, it’s saved as I much time editing, I love it!!

I paid about $20 for the Plus plan, which included 75 credits, because I wanted to create videos for a new YouTube channel. I attempted to generate one video, but the entire credit allowance was consumed before I received a completed, usable result. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund and only offered another 75 credits, even though the first 75 did not produce what I paid for. Their explanation was that the Plus plan is only “for exploring,” which was not clear to me before purchasing. The credit system is extremely expensive, confusing, and not practical for anyone expecting to create regular videos. I would not recommend paying for this app unless you fully understand how quickly the credits can disappear.

I paid for a subscription and extra credits to create professional AI‑animated videos – instead I got static slides with basic zoom/pan effects that even a 16‑year‑old could make using free tools like ChatGPT, Dola, or standard PowerPoint transitions. Their own AI explicitly stated: “You asked for motion graphics and corporate animation – what we have is a slideshow, not animation.” This is not an AI video tool – it delivers nothing you cannot easily do yourself.
The way they handle agreements and compensation confirms this operates like a scam: On 15 June 2026, their manager Tushar formally and unconditionally offered 100 compensatory credits to resolve their service failure. Weeks later, Senior Team Lead Ish and agents Eva and others refused to honour this unless I paid for another subscription, claiming: “We cannot add credits to an inactive account – you must have an active plan first.” This condition was never mentioned at the time of the offer. I never agreed to pay extra just to receive what was already promised and legally owed.
Their own Terms and Conditions state that commitments made by authorised staff are binding – yet they unilaterally changed the rules after the fact. They publicly claim they do not issue refunds – despite having an official refund request form published on their own website. This is not professional service; it is inconsistent, misleading, and unlawful.
Customer service was a nightmare: I dealt with seven different agents including Tushar, Eva, and Ish – all giving contradictory, template‑style replies that felt like automated bots. Eva claimed repeatedly: “I do not have access to your payment history” – until Ish suddenly confirmed he could see all my transactions and additional top‑ups. They even argue basic slide transitions count as “animation” – showing they either do not understand what video AI is supposed to deliver, or simply do not care.
