We’re also introducing Group Control, a new way to control multiple devices at once. Create the device groups you want and adjust them together, including outlet controls, nightlight brightness, color effects, and more—all from one convenient place. Thank you for your continued support. Feel free to reach out to our support team in the app, or email us directly at support@intecular.com.

Slow, Confusing, and not working

I can’t tell if the developer has abandoned their hardware and customers, or they just don’t have a working app. After upgrading all of my devices I can no longer go into Customize as it immediately says I need to update to use those features, yet when I go to update, it tells me there is no update. Their forms are empty.

Nice features

Does some cool things and was easy enough to get up and running. Disappointed at random app updates/changes. What happened to my room air quality score?

Not ready

Errors out while creating a home/room. Completely useless as it is.

Good product, questionable default settings, needs better Matter integration

The outlet overall performs well, but many of its advanced features are not exposed through Matter (e.g. AQI and occupancy numerical values, touch on/off enable/disable, etc.)

Also, the touch on/off is disabled by default and the outlets are off by default. This has the effect of the receptacle being useless until it is connected to the app. I am concerned that if ever Intecular stops supporting the app, this device will be made obsolete.

Please make this work like a normal outlet after a factory reset in the next firmware update. You may also want to move the reset switch behind the wall plate (or have a small paperclip hole) to avoid unintended presses.

Amazing first impressions

I just installed my invisOutlet pro and the App makes it all works great, clear and responsive, minor things to pick would be the naming of the customized section ( I really get lost about Adaptative Nightlight and Occupancy Nightlight, and some other toggle that it’s not clear what the outcome it’s gonna be, maybe another minor thing is that looks like the layout is though for many devices but it could be more dynamic and be less crammed all together if you only have few devices. Awesome project!
