Need a refund

I got the free membership for 3 days & then pay for the year one but I canceled it right when I was done making. My invite , i asked for a refund but nothing yet ! It’s been a month or so already & there charging me I can’t even download apps on my phone cause i “supposedly “ owe them money. I tried canceling but no they want simply want the money

Invite for quinceañera

I purchased the app for my daughter’s quinceañera invitations in March. The invitation was fairly easy to create. When it came time to send the link to the guests, the link only worked 50% of the time. It would not open for some guests and they were not able to RSVP. I had to send them a screenshot of the invite and manually input their information. When I reached out to customer service they basically told me the link worked for them so they didn’t see a problem. The issue went unresolved and the link never fully worked.

Not eligible for refunds

Be very careful about the free trial and signing up for subscriptions on this app. They do not allow for refunds if you forget to cancel or sign up unintentionally. I asked 2x for refund due to some issues and they denied both. Stuck with $40 fee for an app I won’t use. Sucks.

Edit: so after getting a response from the developer I reached out to the email and explained what happened. All that was said was to context Apple, so I’m not sure why telling me to email your team was needed when they offered no additional support. Waste of time.

TOTAL SCAM

Stay away from this app. It is a total scam. Completely useless. Does not serve the purpose it is meant for. And their whole entire aim is to steal your money by sneaking in a non-refundable and non-cancelable annual subscription. Cheats. Giving one star because there’s no option for zero
