Super tool to organize your company and taxes
All invoices wiped
I previously left a 5 star review.
Having used this app for over 4 years I’ve opened it this morning to find literally everything has been wiped, including a number of invoices which haven’t yet been paid.
Devastated isn’t the word for it.

Excellent support
I’ve found the app to be everything I need but the support I received when needed was exceptional. Very quick response & their suggested fix worked.
Worse app ever
Stopped working and wouldn’t let me send any invoices. Then Its just updated and wiped months worth of invoices. Utterly ridiculous. Thank god I had everything written down. Customer support a waste of time to completely uninterested. The paid version is just as bad. Lots of better apps out there.
Bank Account Details
the the developer: Pls would you add a option to add bank account details and have it saved for all invoices?
Huge potential, but app crashes and 1 year since an update….
I’ve been looking for an alternative to my current invoicing/expense app. I use invoice2go, and I really like it, except it’s poor (in my opinion) expense management.
Freshbooks seemed to have exactly what I wanted, which is the ability to create an expense, bill the expense to an invoice, and have that expense be “tagged” directly to the invoice and/or customer. Makes tax time a lot easier.
But, I can’t stand app crashes, and this one has quite a few. That, coupled with the fact it hasn’t been updated in a year or more, makes it very risky to switch over to Freshbooks exclusively. If the company were to suddenly disappear, I’d be screwed.
I’ve read that the “web app” doesn’t have any problems. But this app is designed to work with an iPad, and I have a decent iPad. There shouldn’t be any issues.

Calculating tax
I’m always trying to calculate how much tax I need to pay. There should be a quick and easy way on the app to quickly work out how much tax I need to pay from a sale. E.g. if I’m owned £3000. I should be able to go somewhere on the app where I can type in £3000, input a tax value of 30% and then the value is automatically calculated on how much I would need to be taxed.

Why no half hours?

The app does not allow for half quantities. My rate is $125, but I worked for 4.5 hours. Why can’t I put 4.5 in the quantity?
