THIS UPDATE FIXES SALES THAT WOULD NOT COMPLETE, STOCK COUNTS THAT WOULD NOT STAY PUT, AND SEVERAL PLACES WHERE YOUR OWN RECORDS WERE NOT APPEARING. FIXED: SALES THAT WOULD NOT COMPLETE • Point of Sale errors during payments and sales disappearing before reaching the dashboard are fixed. Sales now complete, appear in Transaction History, and update totals, including item counts. FIXED: STOCK COUNTS GOING BACK • Stock changes were saved on your device but not sent to our servers, so refreshes restored older counts. Sales, adjustments and received purchase orders were affected. Your counts now stay put. FIXED: CUSTOMER TOTALS SHOWING NOTHING • Customer screens could show no invoiced or outstanding amount even when invoices existed. Totals are now calculated from invoices, and older invoices are reconnected to the right customer. FIXED: RECORDS THAT STOPPED APPEARING • Contacts, invoices, receipts and projects could disappear without being deleted. Several causes are fixed. Lists should now be complete without re-entering anything. FIXED: DUPLICATE RECEIPTS • Receipts could be uploaded more than once. Each receipt is now saved only once. FIXED: BUSINESS NAME NOT SAVING • Business name changes could revert after restarting. The new name is now saved everywhere, including invoices. FIXED: DRAFT INVOICES MARKED OVERDUE • Unsent drafts with past dates were marked Overdue. Drafts have not been sent, so they cannot be late. FIXED: AI CHAT AND INVENTORY CATEGORIES • Saved conversations could appear empty, and inventory categories could stop being recognized. Both are fixed. FIXED: THE WRONG COUNTRY'S SALES TAXES • Quebec taxes were previously offered to everyone. You now see only taxes that apply to your location. CORRECTED: MILEAGE DEDUCTIONS • Mileage, dashboard, reports and exports now use one calculation and the correct unit. Previous exports should be rechecked: per-mile totals were overstated, and Canadian totals now use the correct two-tier rate after 5,000 km. FIXED: LIFETIME PURCHASES NOT RECOGNIZED • Lifetime purchases that were not recognized, including failed Restore Purchases requests, are fixed. Subscribers can access Lifetime again. NEW: EXPORT YOUR CLIENT LIST • Open Contacts, tap the menu and choose Export Contacts. Filter or search first and only those clients are exported. NEW: PURCHASE ORDERS, MANUAL EXPENSES, INVOICING FROM STOCK • Create supplier orders and mark them received to add stock. Enter expenses directly without a photo. Fill invoice lines from inventory, not just your catalog. ALSO FIXED • Empty report periods now explain why they are empty. Backups now contain your data. Errors use clear sentences. Point of Sale shows the exact tax rate charged, low-stock counts match filters, and time entries are linked to their projects again. Thank you to everyone who sent screenshots and details.
