I received the car with an existing issue, and it was supposed to be repaired. However, after only 10 days, the car developed even more problems and the condition got worse.

Customer service
The prices of the car are reasonable, but the customer service is horrible. The customer service feels like they’re so blunt and unmotivated to go and book with them.

Very bad after sales service.
I booked 2026 Hyundai Elantra from this app and shows in the app that it has sunroof, leather seats and engine is 2.0. After waiting 3 weeks I received a base model with 1.5 engine no sunroof and fabric seats. Invygo customer service was not even responding and I was standing in sun contacting them again and again. Very bad experience and nobody even contacted me back to check what happened. All the vehicle information in the app is wrong.

I have used this app for 3 years it was good experience and now I have 2 problems with them. 1st one is when you rent yearly you will pay fees 2000+ not including the monthly payment ( drive first pay in the end of the month ) and when you want to return the car you have to pay also your full rental. 2nd I booked other car and after I got it I didn’t like this model and it’s has some problems I asked for upgrade to pay more money and change the car they said I can’t change it before one month used (the car it’s very light and if you going from abou dhabi to Dubai you can’t drive more than 120 km ) it’s will fall. Coustmer service can’t fix any problem and always speaking in way {we can’t do anything do you need help with something else?}. Sorry to say that but this is the lost month I will use this app…

Car assistance
Hello, I urgently need assistance regarding my rental vehicle. This is now the second car provided that has become non-operational due to a battery issue. The original vehicle has been with your team for three weeks (21 days) for what should be a battery replacement, and I have been unable to get a clear update.
I have repeatedly attempted to contact Invygo support and the dealer (Legend car rentals) emergency number provided is unavailable. I currently cannot use the replacement vehicle and this has significantly impacted me during a public holiday period.
Please provide an immediate resolution today, either through roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle and a confirmed timeline. If I do not receive support, I will need to formally escalate the matter through UAE consumer protection channels.

I booked a car on the same day and had it delivered at their earliest availability, ahead of the originally scheduled delivery time. The booking app experience was smooth and quick, making the whole process effortless. The car was in great condition, and the pricing was fair for the service provided. Their customer service was also excellent, especially when I requested an earlier delivery time — they handled it promptly and without any hassle.

Charged, Rejected with No explanation and told to try another car
I had a really disappointing experience with this app. My booking was rejected and I was told I “did not meet the supplier’s criteria,” but no one could explain what criteria I supposedly failed. This has never happened to me before, and I’ve booked with other rental services many times without any issues.
What made it even more frustrating was the response I received: “you can try applying again later or perhaps choose a different vehicle to enhance your chances to be with another supplier” and “you can try again with different car.”
A booking shouldn’t be based on “chances.” If a car is listed as available, it should actually be available, not something you have to keep trying with different cars until one gets approved.
On top of that, they charge you right away even before the booking is confirmed. At the very least, the payment should only go through once the booking is approved.
The lack of transparency and the vague answers really affected my trust in this service. I hope they improve their process because customers deserve clear information, not guesswork

Frustrated
I’ve been using Invygo for quite a long time, and unfortunately the level of service has not improved. The same issues keep happening repeatedly, and despite raising concerns multiple times, there seems to be little to no action from management.
What’s disappointing is not just the recurring problems, but the lack of accountability and proper customer support when things go wrong. As a long-term customer, I expected better consistency, communication, and professionalism.
I genuinely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the overall experience, because the concept of the service itself is actually very convenient.

Charged me twice without any service
I was trying to rent a car via them and they charged me twice and at the end they said sorry the car dealer rejected your request
They are totally unprofessional
While they have some good suppliers and rates, reliability is an issue, with a car rent from Althaqeb through the App, they refused to give me the car due to financial issues between both and Invygo couldn’t do anything
What differentiate good company from bad one is not the best price only but after sales service as well which they failed on it

I recently rented a car through Invygo, and I had a great experience overall. The process was smooth and hassle-free, from booking to delivery. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as described in the app.
What I really appreciated was how convenient everything was

Dissapointing
Very complicated to get a car, they cancel the booking two times. This is a lot of headache and almost impossible to have any rent. Skip this app asap

Very Bad App and bad customer care I contacted them many times times to return back my wallet credit but until now no action has been taken

I have tried them once so far it was a good experience very smooth pickup and drop off wide variety of cars and rental plans to suite everyone
Wrong Vehicle mileage
I booked a vehicle today with 2,500km mileage however they delivered the vehicle with 43,000km mileage. And I was trying to reach their customer service or supporting agent however all calls are ended. Quite disappointed. Very commendable customer service 😒😏. The least you can do is to inform the customer that the available vehicle is different from the application.
