Scam - Excessive fees; will not inform you of important information
This entire platform is essentially a scam. Their fees and withdrawal minimums are excessive and prevent you from doing anything. I was forced to use this due to another platform. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. If you do manage to hear back be prepared as they will only reply once every 24 hours at the most. They purposefully avoid answering any questions they don’t want to and act like you don’t understand what they’re saying. They also opened bank accounts in my name without properly informing me beforehand, which they admitted to. I’m currently trying to fight just to get my account closed.

Horrible Exchange
This is probably the worst cryptocurrency exchange I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was forced into using them by another platform I invest on. Their fees are high, and their conditions for withdrawal are mind boggling. The best thing I’ve seen in this app is a zero balance. Now I can request that my account be deleted.

What’s the point of the app, when you are transferring us to the website online.
ACH transfer is not possible; only wire transfers. Imagine offering an investment platform for Bitcoin investment, but you cannot keep up with basic banking transactions
