Terrible grading app for teachers

This app has been a problematic for years now and it’s time for the NYC DOE to dump it. Parents have tremendous difficulties getting in to use it, students, too, and for teachers it’s buggy.

I am not sure where I went wrong so I pray you can assist me in redirecting me.

My daughter is new to this app and as a mom I am as well. However, I created a user and password but can not log in for whatever reason. So if you can guide me that would be great, thank you. As I followed the sheet that was send home with my daughter but unable to succeed. Great day!
