I wonder which school administrator who has a crooked, imbecile brother in law wrote this program so they could get a kickback. Boggles the mind that something this bad would see the light of day. The idiots that wrote this should be embarrassed.

Terrible grading app for teachers
This app has been a problematic for years now and it’s time for the NYC DOE to dump it. Parents have tremendous difficulties getting in to use it, students, too, and for teachers it’s buggy.
I am not sure where I went wrong so I pray you can assist me in redirecting me.
My daughter is new to this app and as a mom I am as well. However, I created a user and password but can not log in for whatever reason. So if you can guide me that would be great, thank you. As I followed the sheet that was send home with my daughter but unable to succeed. Great day!

So Frustrating
IO classroom needs to hire some competent coders because it’s completely ridiculous that I cannot log into this app with my correct login information. After changing my password multiple times, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc, it still won’t let me access my grade book with this app. The online system is great and I love that you can now import grades from Google Classroom... But they need to fix this app.

… now even if I put in the new password right, it won’t let me log in. I know it’s the app that’s faulty because I can log in no problem on a laptop
Broken new version
The most recent version of io has a problem with its password function. It started with me selecting the new face recognition option. Now my password will not work. I reset it. And it works once. Then it will not work. I emailed their tech people and they did not help, replying about checking my junk mIl box for new password notices- not the issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PASSWORD ISSUE io! Until they do, stay away from this app - if you can.

Stressful App
Once a password is changed manually on a desktop, the APP does not recognize the new password. Then, there is no way to reset the APP. 🙄
Can’t Log In
After several attempts of resetting my password, I realized the App itself is the issue. Please fix!! I used to be able to have my grade book in my pocket. Now, I have to sit down at a computer or look for a laptop when in the school building.

can’t log in with the CORRECT password on the iPad. Trust me folks, you didn’t forget your password, it just won’t work on your iPhone or iPad. I did so many password resets thinking I was stupid. The website browser works though!
Big issue in mail
The mail portion of the app is so frustrating. It mixes the inbox and sent mail so every time I respond to a student it shows up as a new message in my inbox. Please fix!!!

Wrong password
io was down last week. I thought I had entered wrong password so I changed it. On my phone, a prompt shows up telling me I have the wrong password when I try to sign into my phone. It works in my desktop as does the updated password. This is not the first time this has happened. Please fix.

Clunky and useless
The app is horrible. Emails are never recieved on-time (though I get them via web browser), time stamps are off and there is no way to change this. Not to mention any other feature is clunky and time consuming. I end up using a web browser even from phone. Deleting this
