I’ve had to install, uninstall, install the app each time I try to download a video. It’s the only thing that gets it to work.

Worthless. Doesn’t connect via wifi. Camera was given to me never used before. Friend gave it to me. Wifi doesn’t connect to camera app. Worthless.

What a bunch of hacks. They sell these cameras. They’re still on the market. And they provide no way of actually doing all the stuff they claim it can do. Do not trust this company ION WORLDWIDE. AKA “ION CAMERAS”, “WORLD WIDE LICENSES LIMITED”, “ION THE HOME” they just put out useless crap and just abandon it. I wouldn’t be surprised is “ION THE HOME” does the same exact thing in a couple of years

Forget it. I did actually managed to track down the latest firmware, and still, this app keeps telling me to connect to the cameras Wi-Fi even after I’m already connected to it, and I can’t get any further than that. The website they list for support doesn’t exist anymore. I think the company is out of business.

WiFi hardly ever connects unless am home, two apps for one camera and it’s no longer supported but they are still selling the cameras

Totally underrated. My camera I got for Christmas 5 years ago. It was out of date so I couldn’t live stream it. It was quick and easy to update it.
App does not work and no support
The hardware works great, but the iphone app can’t connect to the camera through the advertized wifi connection (or any other connection). Unfortunately there is no support either or a functional webpage. This company should have gone out of business.

Why would you have an app for a pretty good camera that doesn’t work. I have had my camera for six months contacted y’all for help and never received that help. What is wrong with you people you can’t sell an app that doesn’t work. You should have in the information for someone that is about to buy your camera that says it doesn’t work with the app. I have seen three versions of the app and none of them work. All I want is some help to get this app to run. HELP!

Insuficiente
Mala aplicación. Muy limitada comparada con la cámara. Se queda pegada y no es eficiente en comandos como rotar automáticamente y otros. Realmente malísima y no está a la altura del producto.
This app is not good
I have a hard time connecting to the camera and trying to pull up my pictures or videos is almost impossible. I did reach out to tech support and I got no response. I just want to be able to log in and pull up my pictures and videos. I have air pro and air pro 3. I like the cameras but I can’t connect to it, Also the battery doesn’t last long.

Absolute winner of the crappy category
It’s going to make your few hours miserable. Cool gadget, but terrible non working App.
Usable app.
I’ve been using the ION CAMOCAM for about 4 years now. I use it mostly on a Picatinny rail on a rifle. The camera works great. The app works good although I would like to see the navigation of the app a little intuitive. It’s easy enough once you get the hang of it but the options such as delete, move to album, etc just seems backwards. Select what you want to do then select which file. Just seems backwards. The WiFi & remote work ok. Like I said, really like the camera. Great video & audio but I’d like night vision or better dark video. Audio is very good. I haven’t put the camera in water yet.

App for Ion Cams
I have the Ion camo cam and it works pretty well. The app can be slow at sometimes but for the most part it works great. So far I am satisfied with my camera and this app.

Thanks Ion. I am bald now. I am tearing my hair out with your software. It. Is. So. Bad. Fire your engineers. Your camera might work but your software is terrible.

I like this app better than the original one just wish you could adjusted all the setting on the camera from the app like switching single burst or time lapse photos
Terrible app
Was able to connect to air pro2 using older app. With the upgrade , I cannot. Keeps telling my the WiFi password,123456789, is wrong. Really? How is this company going to compete with other products out here when they won’t even support their existing products.
