Does Not Work!
You can view the camera when you’re on the same Wi-Fi network but not when you’re traveling. It appears the manufacturer has abandoned support for this device. I will never buy another Ion product again!

They tried. Not very hard, but they tried. Like a person that grew up getting participation trophies for riding the bench. I 💩canned this app before Apple got the chance to since they won't update it. Save yourself the trouble and get a GoPro.

It would be great if an update would allow use as an external camera for phone. This would be great for Facebook live or other apps.
App is a joke
Constantly freezes having to close and reopen just to view recordings. Ion needs to update the app. Last update was 2014. Camera does not have a view finder. So unless you are carrying your laptop around to plug in the usb cable and review your recordings you will be frustrated with the mobile app. Camera is heading back to seller.
