Déception
Je suis un peu déçu de voir que le logiciel ne permet toujours pas de programmer la rotation d’une collection personnelle …
J’ai formulé cette demande il y a bientôt un an. Cela devait être envisagé mais rien.

Mon objet préféré du salon
Trop contente de mon Jane, j’adore rentrer dans la pièce et découvrir quelle photo de ma playlist est affichée. Qualité au top et un must-have à avoir chez soit.
Technologie dingue, super expérience
Je vois les cadres tous les jours au Bon Marché à Paris depuis 3 mois. Je dois dire que j’ai été très surprise en voyant l’impression bouger devant moi… expérience unique après une belle explication sur le produit. La prise en main est au contraire très facile contrairement aux commentaires que j’ai pu lire à l’égard du produit. Dommage. Je me sers personnellement de la galerie et change toutes les semaines de photo. Mega fan bravo l’équipe IONNYK.

Ce serait un bon produit si…
… il fonctionnait. Le logiciel de connexion est désastreux. Mon cadre est inutilisable, malgré un prix exorbitant. Le support me balade en m’envoyant des procédures bidon de réinitialisation. L’objet est beau mais c’est une arnaque.
Toujours des bugs
Tried to be as patient as possible, but after so many bugs in the software, I’m really at my limit as I’m losing so much time to make the frame work. Still not working.
The quality of the picture is totally there though you need to put a strong light if you want the good contrast to be visible.
But the software of this frame is the worse ever. You cannot remove the frame. The latest revision does not recognize all the basic WiFi. The api connection is just so badly designed that you cannot connect to the frame anymore, and it’s like paying for a b&w picture for 3500€, it starts looking like a scam.

Une connexion avec le cadre particulièrement compliquée
Si vous souhaitez mettre à jour la photo de votre tableau, l’application vous indiquera 9 fois sur 10 que la connection Bluetooth n’est pas disponible malgré les essais de reconnection.
Il n’est pas possible d’afficher ses propres photos sur le tableau dont la recharge est extrêmement lente.
Plutôt déçu eu égard au tarif de l’objet et de l’abonnement mensuel
