Terrible app, terrible support.
This app may be the single worst app I’ve ever used. Not acceptable for a $500 device or a $5 device. Do not buy.

Terrible interface
The quality of the canvia frame is great, but the interface between it and this app or the desktop app is awful. The frame constantly loses it’s connection to the wifi and then the process to reconnect is like untying some gordian knot. Because of this updating playlists always take two hours.
Horrible Makes Me want to get rid of my Frame
Horrible just plain horrible. Ok they do an update wipes my data and now I have to setup my frame, sign in passwords. For some reason it feels like I am starting all over again setting up the frame ahhh man. The connection and wife is way too complicated. I work in the tech industry as a developer and this stupid app has me scrathing my head. Please figure out a way to make this way simpler.

Abysmal App Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t work since the last update. When I go to the settings to allow access to all photos it just hangs. I can’t upload any photos. Now I have a blank ditigal picture frame hanging on my wall.
