Horrible Interface
The interface is atrocious. The login is extremely annoying, it acts like it’s using Face ID, gives the check mark like it worked, but then still requires you to manually type your full email and password every time. Also logs you out after 5 minutes. I’m currently deleting the app and re-downloading it to see if it fixes itself. For nearly a month now, anytime I log into the app, it doesn’t show lines for any sport, it just says “Something went wrong.”

I jumped through their hoops in hopes of getting their “fred bucks” and they don’t give up anything even after dealing with their customer service team. Bettors beware. They will take your money and will not give you any rewards even though you uphold your end of the bargain. I guess that’s why the casinos always win, they feel they have a secured sense of power. But I am here to tell you, this app is buggy, never works, and is probably the reason why the promos don’t work properly. Terrible customer service. I love how they are telling me to reach out to customer service when I already did. Thanks though..

Not worth the sign-up bonus
BetFred attempts to hold your money hostage as they cite “errors” between them and Visa. You also receive an error message if you attempt to withdraw money via check. I had to call and speak with a representative in order to get my money transferred out of my account. They did expedite the check quickly, but no other sports book has had this issue. Don’t download this app - the juice is definitely not worth the squeeze.

Strong to quite strong!
Great App and Desktop platform. Odds and offerings are in line with expectations and are competitive with the rest of the market place. The customer service has been great thus far, which is a breath of fresh air considering what I’ve personally experienced with their competitors. Issues and concerns can come with any book. What separates them from their larger competitors in the marketplace is a solid customer service platform with a well trained staff. Something I feel is lacking on other larger US books. Live chat is with an actual human being and not a bot. This is extremely helpful if you have a time sensitive issue or a have a pointed question that needs attention. You don’t get the feeling that a customer service representative is kicking the can down the road when you have questions. Take notes: DK and FD. Also, due to my proximity to the Mississippi River, I’ve had issues with Geolocation with other books. BetFreds geolocation software has done a solid job of locating me correctly in Iowa, even though I’m less than 20 yards from the Mississippi River boarder which acts as the divider between Iowa and Illinois.

Great customer service
Betfred has great odds and an easy app to use. Their customer service is second to none. I had a bet that hit her the game got suspended so my bet was canceled, upon contacting them they honored the bet and awarded me my winning. They honor your bets and have great and quick customer service!

Ease of use
Just based on the way the app is laid out, it can be difficult to find certain sports/events. There are also limited options for prop bets, live bets, etc. I wasn’t able to find much more than spreads and over/under. Maybe it was user error, but I got frustrated and just cashed out. Great customer service, and I had no issues placing bets. Just better options besides this.

User Friendly
I just started using BetFred a little over a month ago and it’s now my main app for placing bets. I love the search function and the wide range of markets offered. The staff I’ve talked with have been very responsive and helpful as well. The only issue I’ve run into is having to redownload the app but that’s not a big deal for me.

Great Welcome Bonus
I am New to this app but the welcome bonus is great and the customer service has been awesome. There was an issue with getting my bonus due to the cancellation of the Bills and Bengals game, but customer service was quick to respond, told me what I needed to do, and I still got my bonus. Looking forward to betting with them more!

Enjoy this books app. Easy to navigate and well laid out. Often find better odds here than other books. Only reason not a 5 star is I’d like to see them add in-game player prop bets and also settle bets quicker like other books do. Overall enjoy BetFred!

Great book, poor app
This book has great odds, great customer service and provides plenty of different options to wager. But the app is difficult to navigate and the same game parlay needs a lot of work. Would suggest if you can be patient with the app.
Please fix
Never have I been more frustrated using an app. In sports betting, time is money, as odds are constantly shifting. Over and over again, this app has not allowed me to put a parlay together, it will take legs out after I click on them, or just not put them in at all. I’ve called and asked about it and was recommended to delete and reinstall the app. I’ve done this multiple times and I still encounter the problem every single day. I would say about 1 in 12 attempts, it will actually let me put my parlay together. Please, please take the time to fix this issue.

Quick, helpful service
There’s a few things with the sign in process that I don’t care for. However, the customer service is exceptional. Had a quick question/concern over a minor wager. The service via text responded back almost immediately and in a few minutes I had an explanation and guidance on how to proceed. Expected a circuitous runaround, but was pleasantly surprised.
