Garbage
Old app worked great this new update is awful. Takes forever to sign in, and once signed in it rarely ever loads anything. The screen will sit there and buffer for 10 minutes before you give up. Almost impossible to check balance or make transfers. It’s unfortunate since I use this app daily.
Useable but barely
The old app worked great, never had any issues. The recent update is decidedly worse! Sometimes I can’t login and have to try 4-5 times. Once I get in, Zelle might work or it might not. Sometimes it takes a few tries, once I tried again 10 minutes later and it finally worked. I am so used to apps working smoothly and quickly that this one is very frustrating. It eventually works but plan on it taking a while.
