Worked ok for years. Now broken.
App stopped working on my iPad after 6 years
App all of sudden stopped working on my iPad. Been working fine as this is my main source of connection to the system. iPhone still works fine, just locks up iPad as soon as you open the app. Did all the standard fixes, powered down restarted iPad, deleted and reinstalled app, did both several times, same issue.

Worst option for security
Trust me this has to be the worst camera security app ever created ! I don’t know how they still open to the public but do me a favor and return the camera and get something better with a better app. I promise it stays disconnected more than connected, don’t trust this app not one bit

Depuis environ 4 mois,c’est impossible de me connecter à partir de mon cellulaire il indique toujours que le mot de passe est incorrecte, je n’ai jamais changer mon mot de passe ! Les caméras fonctionnent très bien.
Pure garbage
This app does not work as it should. It takes multiple attemots for the correct date to load then i have to remember to select an hour earlier than the time i need to make sure it comes up. If this video is ever needed for legal issues, i doubt it will be usable in court.

Playback does not work correctly
If you attempt to playback something that happened less than an hour ago, it will not work, and will it shows an error saying it already played.
If you playback something from more than an hour ago, the Ui will show the time as an hour ahead of what it actually plays in the recording.

Realtime playback.
There is no realtime playback. You have to wait an hour to review the last hour.
Need to reset password
Need to reset password can’t log in how’s this done don’t have that iPhone anymore and can’t remember the password :(
Issue with app and can’t find support
Added camera in Esee app and works fine. Tried using IP-Pro and camera is there but won’t load. Error says password is wrong but does not provide a way to fix it. Tried locating app support but just keeps looping back to App Store.
Daylight savings does not work on this APP
Please correct the playback for USA due to daylight savings!! The APP does not adjust the clock for playback.

I’m not sure how this is still listed in the app store at this point. The app doesn’t work. The security system is full of vulnerabilities. I would venture to guess that the app and security system was a security exploit into people’s households.

I can’t get it to work at all in my iphone, works on an android I have fine, but doesn’t work at all on my iphone, very disappointing.
