Broken promises
My experience with IPTV company was extremely disappointing, with promises made at the time of purchase not being honoured later on. When I tried to get clarification, i received conflicting explanations and no meaningful assistance. Customer support seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the issue. If you’re considering a long term subscription, be aware that what you’re told when signing up may not be what you receive in the end.

False promises and terrible customer service
I would not recommend Republic IPTV.
I purchased a 36-month subscription and have proof of the plan, but my service was disconnected after only 2 years. When I contacted Nidhi, I was told the 36 month offer was a “mistake” and that my subscription was actually for 2 years. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was referred to Riya, who repeated the same explanation and could not offer any solution.
Despite having written confirmation of a 36 month plan, the company refused to honour it. The lack of accountability, poor customer service and unwillingness to resolve the issue made this an extremely frustrating experience. Trying to resolve issues with them is a complete waste of time.
