All Old Data Lost

I have the original version of this app. They have launched a new version without any option of retrieving or migrating previously saved data. I now have no apparent access to 8+ years of data saved in this app. This is absolutely outrageous.

To the developers: Please furnish your previous customers with a path/patch to retrieve our data!

Needs to be fixed!!

I used to love this app and used it for years and have easily 50+ names and passwords saved on the app for many accounts. As many others have stated this app doesn’t work with the newest update of IOS and I now can’t retrieve any of my passwords!! I’m soooo frustrated and really hope this company fixes the issue so we can all give it a better rating!!

This app is not compatible with latest version of iOS!

I can no longer access any of my passwords because the developers need to upgrade the app. Do not use this app!

Unable to access

As many have stated, this app needs to be updated to work with the latest OS. I tried downloading it on an old iPad to access my passwords but it didn’t work. Very frustrating to have no way to get my info.
