All Old Data Lost
I have the original version of this app. They have launched a new version without any option of retrieving or migrating previously saved data. I now have no apparent access to 8+ years of data saved in this app. This is absolutely outrageous.
To the developers: Please furnish your previous customers with a path/patch to retrieve our data!

Needs to be fixed!!
I used to love this app and used it for years and have easily 50+ names and passwords saved on the app for many accounts. As many others have stated this app doesn’t work with the newest update of IOS and I now can’t retrieve any of my passwords!! I’m soooo frustrated and really hope this company fixes the issue so we can all give it a better rating!!

This app is not compatible with latest version of iOS!

Unable to access
As many have stated, this app needs to be updated to work with the latest OS. I tried downloading it on an old iPad to access my passwords but it didn’t work. Very frustrating to have no way to get my info.
Old ipassword version issues
As noted by another user, the app will not work after the latest Iphone update. I downloaded the paid version but there is no way to combine the information. Please help

I have the original ipassword app and I can’t access any of my info because it says the developer needs to update it to the new IOS version. This is frustrating, I need to know how to access very important info ASAP
Old app not updated
I have the old app and I have loved it for a long time! Now it says that I can’t access it because it needs to be updated. But it still has all my passwords in it that I have nowhere else! Is there a way to update it and move it all to the new app? I would give a much better rating if this were the case!

I have the original app ipassword app with all my information on it and now it says I can’t open it until you have updated the app. Apple told me to reach out to you , can you help?
Lost all my passwords
I’ve used iPassword for years, successfully transferring it from new iPhone to new iPhone. iPassword failed to open after I got a new iPhone XR. Luckily, I had created a backup before I restored my old iPhone to factory settings. However, the iPassword app on my iPhone XR doesn’t recognize the backup file, and just says “Invalid Data”. Thanks for nothing, iPassword. I lost hundreds of passwords. I’m going to try the Avast password app. They’re a reputable company that will continue to offer support for their apps.
