Misleading wording on subscription
I have been using this app since 2011 and can’t fault the app.
But be careful with the subscription screen!
I genuinely thought I was signing up for a 1-week free trial. The wording “1 wk free + 12 months” made it look like I was getting a free week, but I was actually charged £59.99 for a 12-month subscription.
I cancelled immediately and requested a refund within 1–2 hours. Apple initially refused, but after contacting Apple Support and explaining how misleading I found the wording, my £59.99 was refunded.
Just be VERY careful before confirming the subscription and make sure you understand exactly what you’re being charged. I don’t want anyone else making the same mistake!

Annoying ads
The ads opens when you open the app. Sometimes there’s no way to close the ads. You have to close the app and then reopen it. At times get the same ad again. Very annoying.
Too many ads
I’ve used this app for years as it was so good at tracking and looking at trends. Don’t get me wrong I get adverts for free apps, but these adverts are ridiculously long and they’re far too many of them. I’ve moved to another app because of this which is a shame.
An app that has all my data is broken
I’ve had this app for over 10 years and have had no problems until this year. I purchased the app for no ads as well as the full experience instead, I have a limited access to that I used to track concerning my cycle. I wish the developers would rectify this and update the app to its full capability. I’m not sure what happened.

Stopped Being Usable
I have used and loved this app for years. I don’t care about the ads. You sit through them, hit the X, and then record what you need to record. The user interface is easy to understand and the app does a good job being informative without being annoying. HOWEVER, recently the X to get out of the ad when it’s over has been replaced with the word Close and it DOESN’T WORK. It doesn’t matter how many times you hit Close. The ended ad doesn’t close. You can exit out of the app and restart it and the next ad won’t close either. So, this app no longer functions.
